Now nearly five years into the industry, Bridget shares how quickly the industry changes, how much it has evolved in a short time, and why working for a company with strong female leadership and representation is important.

Looking ahead, she shares what keeps the industry exciting for her, from AI’s growing influence to the simple fact that no two days ever look the same.
