For Grace Daly, mentorship has been more than a professional advantage. It has played a defining role in her growth within performance marketing. Now Senior Manager of Sales and Business Development at RXMG, she credits the support of strong women in the industry with helping guide her early career and shaping how she shows up today.
Entering the field just before COVID and the shift to remote work, Grace quickly recognized the value of community in the industry where connection doesn’t always happen naturally. Through LinkUnite and the relationships she has built along the way, she found mentors who saw her strengths, encouraged her to lean into them, and reinforced that success does not have to come at the expense of authenticity.
Grace also reflects on the industry’s continued evolution, pointing to the growing presence of women in leadership and increased flexibility that allows professionals to build meaningful careers alongside the lives they want. For her, that balance has meant embracing remote work, creating a sustainable routine, and pursuing a career that supports both professional ambitions and personal passions.
One piece of advice has stayed with her: stay humble. No matter how far you go, there is always more to learn and always someone who helped you get there.
