In the first episode of our LinkUnite V interview series, we welcome Katie Sedlak, Chief Growth Officer at Email Agency. Katie’s goal was to be our best interview EVER. Banter aside (and I promise we had a lot of banter, since we probably talked for 20 minutes – LOL), Katie reflects on her path into a leadership position and how she’s helping set the stage for long-term growth in her company. She talks about building structure, encouraging collaboration, and keeping pace with an industry that seems to change on a daily basis. Katie also shares her perspective on the growing role of AI and the importance of staying curious.
