She reflects on entering the affiliate world nearly 20 years ago, starting in network sales and eventually working her way toward the part of the business she truly wanted to understand. Working as a direct advertiser and having full visibility into where ads actually run. And after years of being one of only a handful of women at trade shows, she talks about what it meant to finally walk into a LinkUnite event and feel genuine support, connection, and community.
Nili closes with the advice that’s guided her through a long and successful run in the space: stay honest, stay ethical, and stay true to who you are. In an industry where people often come and go, the relationships you build and how you choose to show up matter more than anything.
